Frequently asked questions.
I don't have a logo yet. Can you still do it?
Yes. We can design the card without a logo too – with a well-chosen typeface or a simple mark. If you'd like, we can also develop a logo for you separately.
What do you need from me?
Your name, job title, contact details, your logo (if you have one) and a few words about your business and style. We'll clarify the rest on WhatsApp with 5 short questions.
How long does it take?
You'll receive the first draft within 24 hours. Once you approve it, the cards reach you in 4–6 working days – or in just 2–3 working days with express.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer in advance, once you've approved the design. You'll receive a proper invoice.
What if I don't like the design?
That's what the 3 included rounds of revisions are for. We only print once you've given your written “OK”.
I already have print-ready files.
Then we're happy to just print your files – message us and we'll send you a quote.
